Answer: The main responsibilities of a manager are to help the organisation to achieve its goals. The main responsibility is to move the organisation forward by establishing good relationship between the shareholders and the managers by committing to achieve the goals.

Oversees the financial health of the organisation and works for its continuity. Responsibility for monitoring cash flow, determining profit, managing expenses and producing accurate financial information.
