Ans: He decided to stay in his home village Nangi of Myagdi district and to help villagers start a high school as a volunteer teacher. That was the beginning of his lifelong journey in Nepal.
b) Why didn’t he want to work for other companies in the US or in Nepal?
Ans: To enjoy in his life, he wanted to work independently and do something on his own for the benefits of human beings. Therefore, he made my decision to come to Nepal and stay in mountain villages.

Ans: Yes, I agree with Pun that We do not have culture of innovation that encourages young people to be innovative and creative. Most of the innovative people go abroad in search of better education and job opportunities. It is called brain drain. Our government is failing to stop them because there is no good opportunities and environment in Nepal for innovators.
It is our responsibility to create sound environment and support system to keep the most talented and innovative people and use them for the economic development of Nepal. People should also think about their motherland and help it by bringing back innovative ideas that they learn in abroad. It will help to develop the economy of our country and help Nepal become a prosperous nation. In the same way, our government should allocate a small budget to establish innovation centres in all local levels to boost innovative ideas.

Ans: Many people dream of becoming entrepreneur. It demands vision, innovation and creativity to become an entrepreneur.
An individual must have a positive mindset and accept responsibility for their actions to become a successful entrepreneur. Entrepreneur takes risk to get more profit. So, to become an entrepreneur we must possess risk taking nature.
