A Letter of Complaint
Write an actual letter of complaint to a hotel, a restaurant, a business, a government agency, or an educational institution. Explain why you are unsatisfied with the product or service that has been provided and ask for a fair resolution to the problem:

I am writing to present my disappointment at the service at your ABC Bank on Monday 21 June.
I often visit your ABC Bank, Kirtipur Branch to deposit my cheques on behalf of my organisation, Synopsis Media Pvt.Ltd. I was served slowly even though there appeared to be few customers. I was in hurry. I ask the staff to do my task very fast. But she didn’t respond me at all. She was busy in the telephone line. I think that she failed to serve me very fast because she was doing everything alone. Please add new energetic staffs to fulfil the lack.
I complaint the issue to the manager. The manager apologised and corrected the mistake but I wanted to bring it to your attention. I think it happened because there were not enough staff on your bank. I know that mistakes happen but there needs to be a minimum of three staffs at all times so all tasks can be checked.
I hope you can take further steps to make sure this issue does not happen again.
