Without team work an organisation can’t achieve its goals. So, it is an important part for any organisation. Collaboration, coordination, communication and negotiation are needed for successful team work.
1. Open and Active Communication:
There should be active listeners for successful team work. Group members should ask questions if they have any doubts.
2. Framework for decisions
Group members should know the person to whom they have to report. It helps for timely decision making.
3. Choosing a Team leader
Team leader should be active to lead the team work. So, group must choose an active and friendly team leader for them.
4. Establishing Rules
There should be a set of rules to bind the team. It increases sincerity and discipline in the team.
5. Reward and Punishment
If a team member is rewarded for his work, then he/she is motivated for the work. So, for a successful team work, there should be the provision of reward and punishment.
