PART 1 – Listen and answer (10 sec per answer • 4 questions)
You will hear four short questions. Answer each one. You have 10 seconds to speak.
1. What is your name?
2. Where do you live?
3. What time do you usually wake up?
4. Do you like tea or coffee?

Sample Answer:

2. Where do you live?

Tip: Answer in 1–2 full sentences. “My name is Priya. I am from Pokhara.”

PART 2 – Listen and answer (longer) (20 sec per answer • 4 questions)
You have 20 seconds for each answer. Give a fuller response with a reason or example.
1. What do you do on your days off?
2. Tell me about a person in your family.
3. What kind of food do you enjoy eating? Why?
4. Describe your job or your studies.

  On my days off, I like to spend time with my family and friends. Sometimes I watch movies, read books, or go for a walk in the park because it helps me relax.

• What kind of food do you enjoy eating? Why?

Describe your job or your studies.
Sample Answer:
I am a student. I study English and computer subjects. I enjoy learning new skills because they help me prepare for my future career.

Tip: Use “because” to extend your answer. “I enjoy momos because they are cheap and delicious.”

PART 3 – Read aloud (10 sec per sentence • 4 sentences)
Read each sentence out loud. The app checks pronunciation and punctuation handling.
1. The meeting starts at nine o’clock on Monday morning.
2. Please send the report before you leave the office today.
3. My colleague,slnu Ramesh, has worked here for three years.
4. Can you help me find the customer’s phone number?

Tip: Pause briefly at commas and stop fully at full stops. Read the sentence once in your head first.

PART 4 – Read aloud (extended) (10 sec per sentence • 4 sentences)
Same format as Part 3, with slightly more complex sentences.
1. Although the office was busy, the manager answered every question calmly.
2. Customers who have been waiting for more than ten minutes should speak to the front desk.
3. The new staff training programme will begin in the first week of next month.
4. If you need further information, please visit our website or call our helpline.

PART 5 – Leave a message (40 sec to prepare • at least 1 min to speak)
Read the notes below. Prepare for 40 seconds, then leave a voice message of at least one minute.

Situation:
Your manager has asked you to call a new supplier, Green Valley Foods, about a food order.
You are calling to leave a message for the sales team.

In your message:
• Say who you are and which company you work for.
• Explain what you need to order and how much.
• Ask about the delivery time and cost.
• Leave your contact number and say the best time to call back.

Tip: Plan a beginning (who you are), middle (the order details), and end (your contact info). Use linking words: first, also, and finally.

Sample Answer:

Hello, my name is Priya Sharma, and I am calling from ABC Restaurant.

I would like to place a food order with Green Valley Foods. We need 50 kilograms of rice, 20 kilograms of vegetables, and 10 liters of cooking oil for our restaurant.
