Ans: Definition of Unemployment:

Unemployment is the state of not being able to find employment despite the desire, enthusiasm, vigilance and ability to work.

Types of Unemployment
1. Open unemployment
It is a condition of wanting to work but not finding employment. This is the situation in all countries.
2. Hidden Unemployment
It is seen that there is employment but not enough employment. An example of this is the involvement of people from the same family in the agricultural sector more than necessary.
3. Structural unemployment
Unemployment is the result of a change in the structure of the economy, not efficiency according to the changed structure.
4. Struggling unemployment
It is a situation of leaving one job and not finding another.
5. Educated unemployment
Unemployment is created by not getting a job according to the education.
6. Uneducated unemployment
Unemployment is created due to lack of education according to work.
7. Seasonal unemployment
It is a situation of getting employment for some time and not getting employment for the rest of the time.
8. Cyclical unemployment
Unemployment is caused by fluctuations in economic activity.
9. Natural unemployment
It is a mixture of structural and conflicting unemployment.
Solutions to Unemployment:

Creation of skilled manpower and adequate investment in it
