Subject: Action Against Girl Trafficking
Dear Editor
I am Sushma Shrestha, Secretary of Stop Trafficking Campaign. I am writing to you in order to show the increasing girl trafficking in rural areas of Nepal.Girls of rural parts of Nepal are major victims of girl trafficking nowadays. It is increasing day by day. The situation is vulnerable now. Districts like Bajang, Bajura, Baitadi are major targets of traffickers. Uneducated innocent girls are bribed with job in India. They are easily transported to the brothels in Major cities of India. The situation is even worse in this pandemic time. Now, it is the right time to stop the culprits. The authorities aren’t working properly to stop it.
I request you to publish the incident in the Kantipur Daily to highlight it. It is very important to act sensibly. We need to take the action at the right time. We are ready to help you.
Thank You
Sincerely
Sushma Shrestha
Secretary Stop Trafficking Campaign.
